OK, so diversity also means that we get self-absorbed idiots who take no responsibility for their actions. This happened to my car in September of 2008 (or 2007?). When I walked out of the building I saw that something didn't look quite right from a couple hundred feet. Then I saw it....my first reaction was to look on the windshield for a note. Nada, zip, zilch. Yes sir, quite reflective of society. (I had twice tapped cars while backing up--one in a tight parallel parking situation--and never did the thought occur to me "hey, I can get away with this." People think that Golden Rule only applies when they benefit. Sad.)
For the next week or so, co-workers and I continued to look around for cars with tell-tale signs of having hit my car.....never found on.
